That is crazy. In Norwalk, Oh which is close to cedar point. There was some kid that was 12 or 13 that was a heroin addict. The crazy thing it, that his parents would give it to him to calm him down when he would act up. Both parents were drug addicts and would sell drugs at there home. Now that is crazy. Your own parents are your supplier. Is that cool or what. JK, I hope they both get the max penalty in jail.

Im sure this is way more common than people think - in low socioeconomic neighbourhoods (ghetto's in the States!).

If the majoirty of your enitre towerblock is doing smack or crack then you are way more likely to be exposed to it in some form or other.

However actually BUYING it is pretty far out!
