my grandpa is a volunteer fireman. while I was at his house christmas night his radio went off with an electrical housefire. just makes you realize that bad things happen, even on joyous days

Talk about bad luck. Just don't understand why people would kill themselves around the holidays. Such a dumb thing to do anyways. People should enjoy life.

the article said he was on disability, yes- that doesn't necessarily mean he's disabled. perhaps his injuries were pretty bad and he didn't want to starve to death, or he was depressed and this put him over the edge

well if he's like my dad he's strapped 24/7 my dad sits in his chair watching football with his glock on his hip. for some people its all about personal safety. such a fucked up way to leave this world tho. i feel bad for this guys family. :(
