oh yeah it goes on. lemme guess, e doesn't smoke cigs. the prices vary a lot from country to country and with currency changes you can get them at half price or less if you know which countries to go to. of course you can get caught and have to pay the applicable taxes.
even happens here, cigs in nyc are like 7-8 bucks a pack. take a quick roadtrip to the boonies and they are half that. might as well stock up on a few cartons.

cigs in st.peterburg are 1buck for a pack 8) and if ure buyin a block it costs less than 1 for a pack 8)
btw, im always askin somebody to buy me tequila in tax free shops in airports, cuz EU citizens cant buy anything there with low prices.

Crazy shit. I can believe it though b/c i cigs here are 4 buck a pack but I usually only smoke when I am drinking at bars or hangin w/ friends at home a partying.

prices on sigarets suck, they keep raising the prices over here 'so people would stop smoking' (yeah right):roll: anyway prices here are 5? the pack (apr.6$) boo taxes. Phillip morris even lowered there prices to cancel out the effect of the tax raise. In return our government raised taxes again :evil: We get about 2 price raises a year and everytime i say i'll quit if prices keep going up. It hasn't happened yet tho :oops: i remember when i started smoking pack were about 2.5$ those were the days.

^^^ Here (WA) they recently passed an indoor smoking ban which requires you to be at least 25 feet away from the building openings. I bet the state is going to lose revenue from the taxes and alcohol sales and just raise the taxes on the smokes more.

It happens everywhere actually in some countries governments dont give about tazes on cigs ..and the cost of tobacco would be less ..for example in 3rd world countries you wont find that much attention on cigs and smoking .. for example in some countries they didnt have that warning sign on the pack untill 3 years after most of the world had it !!
