Oakenfold Laughs Off Retirement Rumours

Veteran superstar DJ Paul Oakenfold has dismissed rumours that he's about to give up DJing, telling the Liverpool Echo 'I'm about to go on a five-week tour of America, of course I'm not retiring."

"I absolutely love DJing - that's what I do," the trance-pop guru added.

"Where do they get these things?"

One possible source could be rival jock DJ Tiesto, who spoke out about his 'great friend' in a recent interview with Mixmag.

"I respect what he does and the way he presents himself but I think he's finished with dance music," Tiesto suggested.

"He's done it all, he's been everywhere and done everything, so dance music's not his passion any more."

:FuckOff:

Re:: Oakenfold Laughs Off Retirement Rumours

Dorkenfold can retire any day IMO. I admire artists like Nick Warren, Tenaglia, and Seaman who are old and still kicking.
