Re: cologne

I 100% hate cologne on guys...most just make wanna puke. Same goes for women. I dont even wear perfum cuz it makes me wanna vomit.

I do however like natural fruity, citrusy smells :)

Re: cologne

you wanna be a man who smells fruity?

#525832Post 48 of 67

Re: cologne

Overrated IMO. As long as you don't stink, what do you got to hide? Though I do have some, all gifts, but I never bother (or maybe it was a hint?).

Re: cologne

i have 33 different colognes and i mix them up from day to day

Re: cologne

Mania or Acqua di Gio everyday depends on my mood/dress... just enough though. I have a bunch, but those are what I use daily. I think it gives you a bit of a signature as smells/scents trigger memories. I'm a firm believer in moderation though, if I can smell you coming thats too much.

Axe and other body sprays are not tolerable on any level. That shit is garbage. Throw it out folks. I actually started a thread about that a while ago. :)

Re: cologne
and what's the difference between polo black and polo blue?
blue is fresh. black is more of a musk. ;)

Re: cologne

it's pretty straightforward: a good cologne is great, but a shit cologne is awful.

sadly there's a lot of shit ones out there.

Anytime :)

Actually there is one colgone I like..Bulgari. I went to Sephora and smelled every mends cologone until I was able to find one that is even tolerable for me and that was it, my guy wears it when we go out on the weekend and i can deal with it. At times it smells really good other times its just tolerable..but compared to most colognes ill take that.
you wanna be a man who smells fruity?
That was for me. I only like fruity citrusy smells for me.

Re: cologne
I wear cologne. I love it, it makes me feel good. I like smelling good scents instead of my own sweat. Plus like asdf said, girls always come up to me and ask what i am wearing. Its a great ice braker.

Right now i have 7 in rotation. Keep on changing all the time

issay miyaki le bleu..
I bought that for my bf last week. Damn that's sexy stuff.

#526343Post 64 of 67

Re: cologne

lol

I have about 6 different ones, and wear it rgularly, but with moderation. Never put on too much though, like someone before me said: people should only smell when being very near to you, and even then only faintly.

Chrome, Boucheron, Chevignon are heaviest in rotation with me now...I wanna get Diavolo for X-mas :D

Re: cologne

Everyday is a special day. Plus i find that it goes south if you just leave it around, espcially if left in light. So now it's in the box, outta sight, not good. Mostly i will just refill the spray sample, that way it's with me at all times. Also, the body washes alone that you get in the kits are enough at times.

Re: cologne

You just need to give that cool and fresh scent to the people around you. Truste me they notice

Re: cologne
aqua de gio and ck obsession are the shit i wear those from time to time but only a little and only if im going out "socializing" (i.e. drinking/clubbing)
i once got in love with a guy who wore acqua di gio..great perfume! it's nice for a man to wear cologne as long as he is clean and doesn't empty the whole of it at once..same goes for women
