Re: Booking DJ's

you had better be a damn good dj and a producer and also be fairly known in the world before getting in touch with agency's like those.

Re: Booking DJ's

Agencies suck. My advice is try and get hold of the DJ you want to book directly, saves you an arm and a leg in agency fees, and you build a better relationship with that DJ. If he says "deal with my agency" then that's fine, but I'd find someone else ;)

Re: Booking DJ's

yeah you should try to go and talk to them (djs), they usually like making bussiness unless youre trying to reach jz, digweed, sasha etc.

good answer, paul :)

and i tend to agree. sometimes agencies are just really difficult to work with.

sometimes meaning most of the time.

I didn't know wether or not Noodle man was either one. He/she never made comment on that one. I think maybe he's just trying to get the counter up on his d'loading.

Re: Booking DJ's

most agencies suck from my experience of being with them. I've handled my own shizznit for a while and that's the way to do it. They better give you guaranteed at least 6 gigs a month or don't bother.

Re: Booking DJ's

6 gigs a month. Damn i'd like to have that. I've got 5 right now but they are all in columbus.
