Re: humanism
what useful things technology brings.
Re: humanism
email after a fresh kill? that takes all the fun out of hunting rodent...
i was house sitting for my parents when a large rat got caught in a traditional trap in the attic. i was watching a movie and all of a sudden it sounded like rodent warfare knocking around in the cieling.
the rest of the house they use those glue traps, but the little things freak out when they're in them and nearly peel their skin off trying to get out of it.
guess i see the call for something like this . . . but i don't know . . . maybe not the best idea to completely sterilize the fact that you are killing something . . .
Death is very quick, clean and humane.
sounds like doctor kervorkian at work
a pressure pad senses the weight of an animal's paw and closes the door only if the weight matches that of a rat or mouse.
this just sounds too good to be true ... technology might just screw up as i've seen rodents the size of a kitten
Re: humanism
LMFAO
Not only is the device humane, it is also intelligent. It can send an e-mail to its owner, informing it of the fresh kill, while sending a text message to a Rentokil technician, who will remove the dead rodent as soon as possible. Hence no nasty smells or decomposition.
U be ravin.... and suddenly... beep beep beep beep this is your domestic page to inform you that your cheese stealing rodent is now asleep :p
Re: humanism
cat imo.
Re: humanism
They have had the ratzapper for some time now and I'm guessing its much cheaper. 30 bucks, it is lined with metal. When the rat/mouse puts its paws on the isolated section it completes the circuit and gives the bugger a heartattack. They have also had the email add-on module for some time now:
