Twisted Melons,

As the festive season approaches, the connoisseurs of fine parties (that's us) return to our increasingly popular home, Jamm, in Brixton for more of what has made us so popular. It's been a great year so far but we haven't finished yet so keep checking the website as we have a couple of surprises for you.

We start December off by welcoming Kasey Taylor (Vapour/Bedrock) all the way from Australia via Lisbon. It's fair to suggest that Kasey is not the biggest name we've ever booked but when four of us went over to play in Zurich in April, we saw him do his thing the following night. And what a night that was. Those pictures won't be making the magazines!

Fuelled by only Heineken, each of us agreed that it was one of the best sets we had ever witnessed and so there was only one thought - he was going to grace the Melon decks before 2005 had finished.

So if you've never been to Twisted Melon before, trust us. If you've never seen or heard of Kasey Taylor before, trust us. In fact, just trust us because putting on understated parties for one of the friendliest crowds in London is what we do.

kasey is easily one of the best big room dj's in the business. people go bananas for digweed, but kasey can play digweed under the table. unbelievable mixing skills and pure unstoppable energy. have a good one!

Twisted Melon is an awesome night out, regardless who is headlining. Very much looking forward to a return trip to Brixton!

It is a big call but not an unreasonable one.

He is one of the few dj's out there that are able to succesfully put together a really deep, energetic, lush progressive sound and feel to the sets whenever and whereever he plays.

The amazing thing is he has been doing this consistantly for years on end. His track selection, mixing and programming is hot, hot, hot.

This man knows his shit. He plays progressive house the way it should be.

Witness this guy live and you'll see what all the hype is about.

Been wanting to check out Twisted Melon for a while now. This weekend however heading to Turnmills for Danny Ramplings last ever gig. He's playing until at least 12 lunchtime on Sunday - it's totally sold out, but if anyone wants to check it out I heard they are going to let people in at 6am, so reckon there'll be people heading down after their nights elsewhere.

Both nights should be good, enjoy.
