Re:: How do the downloads work???
I think there is a max of 2 at a time. At least that's all that I can load at a single time. When one is done, I can start another. Not more than 2 though
Ok we have a timer tied into the php that does not allow more than 10 downloads within one given hour.

That is not the setting on the site, that's what internet explorer has been set for in your registry settings, I think someone in here made a post about how to change that, do a search, you might find it....

^^indeed...mine's on 10 right now..helps out a bit if you need to download from multiple sites, but also drains your bandwidth on each download.
Re:: How do the downloads work???
You can raise the default settings easily if you download XP-Antispy on this direct link (newest version in English) http://www.xp-antispy.org/download_local.php?Itemid=26&func=download&filecatid=20 and unzip it. Run the program and in the Internet Explorer settings just check "Increase Max connections per server to 10" .
