Sorry to create a new post for this but the guy needs a special mention. His last two shows have been brilliant. He's played some really special tunes. Deep, dark prog at its best. Download it if you haven't and then play it loud. Listenning to it now on my Grado SR80 headphones. These are by far his best shows of the year.

I agree they been the best ones for a bit .. Though the middle sections on all 4 parts been a bit weak .. started and ended great though

HIS sept 03 show is good to...but only one part of it...cant remember if its part one or two...

this weeks is ok...only about 60 min out of 120 minutes is decent...

Is there any reason why the downloads for these metro sets dont save as mp3s. Mine were downloaded in a format ive never seen before.

You have to change the extension from .exe to .mp3 when saving the file. I think it's for security reasons they do that. Anyway. I downloaded the 2nd hour of the September 17th show and it's great. Now if someone could please help me out with the cue sheet and Music Cutter...

this weeks show (2005-10-01) even better ,wouldn't mind the track sheet for this too (17mins into 2nd cd i think it's a fucked up remix of "only in your heart" but it sounds smart as )

The last few shows have been better. Alot darker and proggier, which is about time. Some shows have been a snooze. The last metro set I've enjoyed up till now is the ones from June. :what But still one of my favorite djs. I hope a live set pops up sooner or later, b/c that is when he's at his best. :D

Just my opinion....but I get the feeling Hernan is on the verge of something very big. Again, just my opinion but Sasha has definitely gone off in an 'odd' direction, Digweed has been travelling in an 'odd' direction for almost 2 years now and I seem to get far more excited these days when I see a download of a 2hr Hernan set rather than a 2 hr Sasha one. Dont get me wrong, we all have Sasha to thank for most of what's made us smile since the Hacienda/Cream nights back in the early 90's but his sets; whilst still containing some 'monster' tunes, dont have the same appeal as they used to? Hernan seems to be ever so consistent and everyone's talking about him. This is definitly backed up by his last few Metro sets which are superb.

I agree, Hernan like some people say is 'in the zone' at the moment. The 10-01-2005 show was mindblowing yet again.

I know most of you think its a joke but the least we can do to repay back hernan is to vote for him in DJ mag's top 100 DJs.

I've tried to figure out how the metrodance website works, but my spanish isn't that good.. ;(, do you guys know any alternative way to hook up with metrodance broadcasts? I used to find loads of sets on directconnect (pc), but i wander if it;s possible to post an itunes link for OSX?

stick around here for a while, make some good postings and eventually you can grab the shows every week as they are uploaded...

beyond that, soulseek for older shows as mentioned, or get into torrents and the mixing bowl...
