by the way i think eric prydz is an awesome producer, and i am willing to bet his dj sets are as energetic as his productions. can't wait to hear his kiss mix from last weekend :D

I know Prydz also produces under the name Cirez D, and under that guise he has delivered some quality prog. Eric Prydz is the more commercial guise I think, but that track call on me was some serious fucked up commercial crap indeed, no matter how many people liked it.

As long as the guy doesn't try to sell it as prog I'm okay with it...but I bet he can mix some tight prog as well.

From what I know of Eric Prydz?s work, "Call On Me" doesn?t represent his productions at all.

I?d say the guy needed money and made that track, which is his most commercial work ever.

But his remixes for Adeva and Alter Ego, along with the track he produced with Steve Angello, showcase his talent really well, IMO

To be honest, I thought the same and only knew Eric Prydz from this awful mainstream pop dance track. I just thought WTF, couldn't he find somebody else for the five Year special broadcast? I thought Digweed's mix was pretty special this time btw..really liked it. I turned Prydz's mix on and did a hundred things while I listened to it with one ear...in the end I thought that mix was pretty decent and forgot what I was listening to...looked and it was Eric Prydz. :lol: His mix really can't be compared with that track and this mix made me curious to listen to more mixes from him.

didnt listen to pryds's mix yet, but if digweed consider's that it's good enough for his show then i guess it's alright digweed must have seen something at that guy, otherwise he wouldnt have hosted his mix

prydz is the guy who made one of the best bombs diggers is playin atm pryda - aftermath he can do remixes for cheesy tracks but also makes some serious shit, his remix for jamiroquay is amazing also. so, this kiss mix can b good, downloading

Just listened to this the whole way through for the first time.

I was pleasantly surprised, I will be listening to it again, thought it was quite good.Top tune is the royksoppp one.

Goes to show that you shouldnt judge a dj on some of the stuff they have done in the past
