[COLOR=#FFFFFF][FONT=&quot]So I was approached by the main man of this charity after commenting on one of his posts. He asked me if I could do a story for him and I jumped at the chance. NGL it's a little embarrassing at times but I felt that it was vitally important to include some of the material in this. If it helps just one person then to me it's been worth it.

You are a really good writer and story teller. Your thoughtfulness really shines when you write and I believe this story will touch anyones heart who reads it. It is very brave and commendable (as Didi pointed out) for you to want to share your story hoping it can and will help others, I'm sure it already has.

At this point have you found a healthy regimen for diet and daily exercise along with medication that has kept things in balance for you? What keeps you busy these days?
