I actually ran into Donell Rawlings (Ashey Larry) in the city a few weeks ago while out slamming some drinks. He was a real cool guy. My buddy began to ask him about the show and the look on his face said it all-- at least Charlie Murphy has some name reccognition, Donell will always be "that guy from the Chapelle show"

screw it, the man wanted a vacaction. I met Dave Chappelle in 2000, at one of his talent agencies he uses. The guy probably just wanted a break to just chill out. Hes a real nice person and a great performer. I'll wait till he comes back eventually. In the mean time I hope he relaxes, spends some loot and gets laid.

I didn't like the fact that everyone and their mothers watched the show. He needs a show on hbo or showtime, little more exclusive audience probably help keep it a little more low key.
