I (finally) got a new car stereo with a usb port in it - got a 64gb memory card and loaded it up with all the files (3 and 4 hour sets that i can't get on cd's) i've been waiting to listen to - only to find out to skip a section means holding down the fast forward button for aggggges. I'm wondering if there's any techniques or tips for dealing with this? I was hoping there was something like a cuesheet that would work on large mp3 files that would allow me to skip tracks without getting finger cramp.

Just by an iPod and connect it to your car stereo.

How does that fix the problem with navigating / fast-forwarding through large files? Does an ipod have a fast fast forward?

Yes. You just slide your finger along the slider.
