What the difference between a MN Podcast vs. using total recorder? Quite a few of us have iPods, but what about the other people that don't?

Podcasts don't necessarily have to be transferred to an "iPod", they were just branded as such. They are a weekly d/l that a Podcast client such as "iPodder" can use to pull the stream.

In retrospect as well and in fairness to you Supaz, there really is no difference or advantages to us MN members having or getting a podcast.

Why?

B/c the great mods at MN usually host an MN & EB set once a week in the special d/l section and that is the same thing as getting an .mp3 "Podcast" that we can then upload to our portable .mp3 devices.

I was referring to the MN broadcast 24/7. Wouldn't make much sense to have two live feeds streaming vs. one.
