A lot of really fantastic wallpapers are posted up on deviant art. I think i've had a wallpaper of some shape or form for the past 4 years or so on my desktop. Change it every week or so...
The emoticon galleries are kinda funky too :P

im registered, and get just about all of my skins/themes and wallpapers from there. i actually made a deviantart appreciation thread ages ago on one of the old ms versions. great site, but i dont have anything posted on there. really like your stuff tho :D
