a while back someone mentioned I think, that the scene became too much, partying got in the way I think I read. But I could be mistaken. Or possibly just taking a break and focusing on other talents.

he got married Had a daughter and just recently a son. they (his wife and him) are involved alot in setting up the boat parties...i forget the name of the company, but they did sasha, the hernan guy j warren party and many more at last years wmc.

His Balance cd is always an overlooked treasure in my collection. I'm always surprised at how much I like the mixes when every time I put the mixes on.

Guess life catches up with you and priorities change in regards to how prolific he was (then vs. now)

I think a few years back he said that he was embarrassed by the music he used to play or something along the lines... which I thought was really strange since his sets from 05-06 were spot on. I also remember a story about him loosing a bunch of his old record collection...

I remember him saying this too and thinking the same thing... "why is he embarrassed?!" After I read that, he seem to go almost completely tech house. A far cry from his earlier sets. Still a good DJ, nonetheless.

His '06 Home mix was my fav followed by his first Kiss 100 mix. I miss a lot of his old stuff too.

Actually my best friend hulkhuss is cousins with him so we had the pleasure of kicking it with him for a weekend in our hometown of Cleveland Ohio.
