if you don't have pop ups, check for any blockers or that Javascript is turned off...

either add mercuryserver to the ignore list of your popup blocker or turn it off if you are running one of those.

Didnt want to work for me wen i had Zone Alarm running, just temporarily close it and then re-open as soon you've finished downloading. u might need to re-open the website in a fresh window though to let the changes take effect.
