basically it will be my job to oversee the transaction of livestock, farmland, and commercial real estate under the the the 1031 IRS tax code.

1031 allows people to take a piece of property and sell it in order to buy a piece of property which is at least worth 10% more than your current holding. the real key here is that under the 1031 tax code you do not have to pay any taxes on the appreciation from your first property to your second higher valued property. so if want to get rich quick get some money together and take advantage of this totally legal tax loophole

i know it sounds boring, but it pays great and it will give me an opportunity to gain corporate expereince so that someday i can hopefully find a job in the music biz, start my label, and finish my home studio 8)

Congrats on the job man...

Like most have said already, most companies only test prior to hiring. Once you get past that then your good to go. Personally, I feel that drug use and the ability to function properly and do a good job at work are mutually exclusive. People can have their fun once in a while and do their thing on the weekends and still be productive employees Monday-Friday... The bottom line will always be performance. There are plenty of 100% sober people who are incompetent and plenty of recreational drug users who are hard working, productive employees. The key is moderation and not letting it effect your job performance...
