Sporting played this past weekend, and looked like they had an eye on the Uefa cup final instead.

they lost to Benfica, a team that was earlier eliminated in the Uefa cup by of all teams.......CSKA!

what that implies, i'm not too sure.

it's only 1 match and everything could happen

but my bets are on sporting cause i think they have a little bit better individual players plus cska always took advantage of their home condition to score many goals, and this game will be on neutral pitch

btw, where is the final going to take place?

That?s the problem : it?s not on neutral pitch...the final is in Lisbon, in Sporting?s home stadium.

Being a Sporting supporter, I?m not the one to talk, but I think we?ll win. We played crap this past weekend against Benfica and lost the Portuguese championship due to that. We don?t usually play 2 crap games in a row (we?be been like that all year, 2 awesome games, 1 crap game).

Strangely, or quite significantly, the players seemed to have their heads on this CSKA game. We?ll also have our top goalscorer, Liedson back in the team, he was out of this last match due to suspension, so he?ll be fullt rested for the match.

i lived with guy that scored the second goal (Zhirkov) in one area of tambov city in russia. My friend lived with him in one house, old small socialistic flats 50 m2 with ceiling 2.4 m. This guy played from 5 years old i think, then played in local team, they sold him to cska and bought a new bus
