It appears to be a bar with a couple of glasses of beer and a pack of pictures (i.e., memories of some events), so it's saying GYY is where you can come and discuss your thoughts/issues/etc. with strangers like you would at a bar over some beers because "Sometimes you gotta talk" like when pictures/images taken with a camera (or images seen on a computer) evoke thoughts/ideas you need to discuss with someone/anyone.

best guess anyway :lol:

Of course, this implies a relaxed atmosphere like a quiet bar, not exactly how I experience this place, but oh well. :roll:
