Your brain isn't even fully developed until age 20, she's 15 dude, in shock, just got out of the hospital (probably on meds) and has endured extensive family loss. And not only that, she's in Spring, TX, which is actually a place of tremendously strong faith and community support where she is receiving more attention than she's probably had her whole 15 yr life.

The kenya mall shooting was staged...they have video of actors directing people(kenyans) like on a movie seen, also one of the shots some movie director in a purple shirt and sun glasses accidentally steps in front of the camera exposing himself!
