I must say that listening to this show each week is an absolute pleasure, and the man himself is great guy .. there's no-one else out there that is as serious about their music, or that does it all with as much passion and love.

Much respect and thanks for the years/endless hours of high quality educative underground music :RightOn: - can't wait for the T1000 Celebrations !

Yesterday was a truly great party, the boat is a dream, really top notch setup plus great food and an open bar :Cheerz:

But the key thing was the music. Great sets from Guy J, Denis A (who hit a prog vibe) and Jozif was excellent, really nice groove setting Diggers up perfectly for a stunning 90 mins.

Seriously, possibly my top DJ's at this moment (bar Saiz, Cattaneo, and Omid), would have been such a magical time on that boat. Glad the people enjoyed, and a thanks to the people, artists, and most of all John for mainly making it happen. Week after week, truly does deliver and here's to another 500 shows.

John is One of my greatest inspirations from very early, Is great to see how He keeps the quality and the essence of good music, Thanks John for all these years of fantastic gems.

Couldn't have said it better myself.

I am truly appreciative of the fact that he is always pushing the envelope and truly has a passion for what he is doing. It shows in his weekly shows, his sets, and ESPECIALLY (for those that don't have the opportunity to see him live) his "Live in" CD mix series. To me it's a ground breaking series and I couldn't be happier that my favorite DJ (and in my opinion by far the best DJ that has ever graced the decks) is on the forefront. From my fist time seeing him live at Twilo on his 3rd anniversary till now he has been amazing and is also one of the nicest DJ's (and most humble) I've ever met.

I love the fact that never pre-programs his sets and always plays what he (and the crowd) is feeling. That is unheard of especially these days when so many DJ's play the same crap over and over. You could hear John 2 days in a row and have two totally different sets.

Keep up the good work and thank you John.

my favorite kiss story is from the guest mix of some guy back in fall 2002(?). I think it was Murat or something. John tells this story about how he started to play a gig in Lebanon or someplace around there, and the stylus was fucked on one of the decks. the warmup dj drove around town and found him a replacement, so John gave him a guest mix as a thank you.

I don't really listen to his show much anymore, but in a world full of assholes, the guy's a class act.
