I scanned through the replay on the Kiss site a couple days ago. Digweed's mix is really nice (his live mixes on the show recently are better than the studio mixes, IMO), but the mix from Chab bored the living fuck outta me. I'll give it another shot, though - maybe it was my mood.

The first two tracks from Chab were, IMO, very very poor.Then he picked it up with a mix of 'Closer to Me' (possibly the bedrock mix?)but didnt listen after that.

Digweeds hour was good, especially track 1, wicked vocal track.

Although I was a bit dissapointed with the set, because it was mainly big tracks from that past year, I could understand why he would want to do that on NYE.

^ Agreed but like you said it is NYE. So djs have a tendency to play the biggest tracks of the yr instead of there usual sets. Overall it was a pretty good set.

Thats what ive been feeling about his part of the shows for the past few weeks now..I dont even bother listening to part 1 anymore unless it happens to be a live set of his... zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

John's set was an improvement ... just wish he'd dig out some vintage sets from the vault if he isn't recording a studio show.

at the time when i heard the guy gerber track at midnight, i thought it was pretty much the perfect track. still like the track. incredible event. i thought digweeds set was a excellent. you can't expect him to play too underground for 12,000 mainstream people.

I just burned an mp3 CD for the car yesterday with the last 8 guest Kiss mixes... I'm pretty far behind on listening to my music. The Chab set was alphabetically first on the CD, and I have to say it's the absolute worst Kiss100 mix that I've heard in at least a year. The only part about it that I liked was the Closer to Me track... I had to turn it off after 25 minutes becuase it was just plain cheese. Sorry guys, but this thing disappointed me more than most other Kiss mixes
