This is terrible. I don't use windows hardly ever anymore, but I love this program and it has been my windows mp3 player for like 15 years now. I still love the old version that is super small and minimizes above the top bar of the screen. Fast. Simple.

They should open source it for sure.

I was just wondering though, the mp3 format hasn't evolved much over the years. Is there even any need to continually update Winamp? There's no need to kill it, just keep the website up for people who want to download it. What's one website hosting one file for AOL?
