Job Description: aphrodisio recordings is looking for Local Marketing Reps. in the following areas Boston, Miami, Chicago, San Fran, Washington, NY, Austin, Las Vegas. aphrodisio is an up and coming house music label [url]www.aphrodisio.com[/url] We are looking for Reps. in your area to help aphrodisio get our name and our artists name's out to the people.

This Job consists of: -Creating relationships with local retailers and promoters. -Flyer drops. -Hand to hand flyering. -Putting up displays in local retail and lifestyle accounts. -Tracking and inventory of aphrodisio releases. -Distributing promotional materials to local media and college radio. -Putting together and executing CD release parties. -among other various duties.

This position is an unpaid position, but includes the following perks: -The all important resume candy. -Guest list for aphrodisio related events. -An opportunity to meet and make contacts in the record industry. -Lot's of free things like, CD's, shirts, posters, stickers, vinyl.

Job Requirements: -This position requires anywhere from 10-20 hours a week, depending on the label's releases and projects that week.
-We ask that you have some promotional experience.
-We also ask that you have some knowledge of your market. I prefer to have someone who is involved in their scene in some way or another. -You will be required to keep constant contact with the aphrodisio representative manager, which will include a bi-monthly email wrap up of the work you've been doing.
-A definite requirement is a love for dance music, especially house music!
