#1692293Post 3 of 111

Re: New album from Digweed and Muir

What's the last album they made together? Do they always work together for albums?

#1696171Post 4 of 111

Re: New album from Digweed and Muir

I think they made an album together, but Im not sure. anyway, this could be really good, Muir is a great producer and digweed is a fantastic djs, I know, Im not discovering anything. Just I hope it not to be another slovenia release.

Re: New album from Digweed and Muir

Awesome track for sure! Isn't Nick Muir involved in a lot of Digweed's productions?

#1696199Post 8 of 111

Re: New album from Digweed and Muir

I don't think they've ever produced an album together besides putting out tracks together as Bedrock. I always thought Nick Muir to Digweed is Charlie May to Sasha.
I don't think they've ever produced an album together besides putting out tracks together as Bedrock. I always thought Nick Muir to Digweed is Charlie May to Sasha.
That's what I thought but Nick Muir didn't collaborate on any albums with Digweed? Didn't Charlie May help with Involver and Airdrawndagger?

#1696213Post 12 of 111

Re: New album from Digweed and Muir

What I meant by the comparison is that Nick Muir is the sound engineer guy just like Charlie May is for Sasha. Sure Charlie May worked on Involver and ADD, he also worked on Xpander.

I don't recall Nick Muir and Digweed producing an album together, it's always been Digweed putting on mixes and Muir and him putting out tracks as Bedrock.

Stark Raving Mad wasn't so much an album as a bunch of stuff put together as a soundtrack.

Re: New album from Digweed and Muir

i think Nick Muir was involved in Heaven Scent AND Beautiful strange.

#1696232Post 14 of 111

Re: New album from Digweed and Muir

Gridlock was released along with one of the transitions cds no?

Nick Muir is a keyboard/piano whiz I thought/read somewhere.

Where is simonr when you need him?

#1696248Post 15 of 111

Re: New album from Digweed and Muir

Bedrock (the production duo) IS Nick Muir and Digweed and as far as I know he's involved with all the productions. Fairly certain Digweed has never put out anything on his own.

Re: New album from Digweed and Muir

Should be interesting to say the least. Kinda of wonder what it is going to sound like since Digs mostly plays techno now a days.

Sasha and Digweed worked together in compilations not in albums. Is there any album I Dont remember ??

#1696366Post 26 of 111

Re: New album from Digweed and Muir

He probably means comps like Renaissance, Northern Exposure et al. Well someone Protooled the hell out of them, that seems to be the takeaway whenever a Northern Exposure discussion comes up.

Re: New album from Digweed and Muir

Heard a preview of this ... very special indeed.

Sworn to secrecy on saying any more, but the music/packaging is all top notch.

Digweed/Bedrock fans will not be disappointed.

Re: New album from Digweed and Muir

Is it all untz untz untz or are there ambient/spacey shit inside like Beautiful Strange? I'm assuming there will be some kinda flow or build up.
