I've tried it a couple of times from the djmixes2k.com page and works fine, it usually downloads at a 100k/sec rate; might be an alternative to the bandwith/download issues...

yeah, that would be nice if someone misses one through the lack of time or anything else. especally here where's a great chance that a lot of people have the same mixes.

I would definitely contribute to that.. I use bittorrent to download a lot of anime every week and it's great. It might be slow at first but if you leave it for a few hours it usually finishes. I just leave it overnight.

BitTorrent would be a lot less convenient than the current system.....but much cheaper to operate also....

Yes I triedbit torrent sometimes and it works very fine, maybe the MS administrators could make a bit torrent section, it's not a bad idea.

I think BitTorrent is a great alternative. However, speeds from BitTorrent depends heavily on the number of people sharing said files. If there are enough seeders to spark off the downloads and subsequently, peers hang around after their downloads to share, it'd work great.
