Cant believe Guy took one of the best tracks EVER made and made a remix 10 years after. A courageous step and i hope it will be worth. Maybe it's because we spoke together about it 2 years ago ? :)

I just gave this a listen and I enjoyed it as it sounded like a proper thought out compilation and journey. I guess this is what you would call modern progressive house music.

finally have had a go at this and will have to say this is the comp mix of the year. and with all of the releases this year, thats saying something.

another memorable balance release. i still think when that navar track comes in, it takes this mix to a new level.

its hard to compare with saiz. saiz made an album of his own songs, un-mixed, a great collection of electronic music. Guy J's Balance is an epic mix of progressive house compared to something of the older involvers.

its freaking really good, like somebody said its a grower, was way better on the second listen.

saiz release is good also, although way too many tracks, there a hand full that I could have done without. one cd would have worked better on the Saiz release I think.

this guy J is outstanding though, anyone know how much it cost for the wav file.

Crazy stuff after the second proper listen... I like this even more than a lot of Hernan comps... Can bearly open my eyes during the whole thing listening with headphones :lol:.... Amazing work

you have to remember the number of people who purchased this on a cd is probably not as large as through itunes or other internet service.

the way i experienced saiz mix is a long list of tracks so i never felt any one tracks were "filler" or something that couldve been shortened.

agree with your comp mix of the year though

i mean with the saiz balance and now this guy j mix, doesnt it feel like in order to have a successful release nowadays is to remix all of the tracks ala involver? i think that's going to be the template moving forward and anything less isnt going to get the attention that a normal comp mix used to get.
