Re: involv3r tracklist
I wish he had a better preview, because based of that one track i didn't like it. Think I will wait till I can hear a bit more.

Re: involv3r tracklist
^ i had kinda the same opinion on the first listen, but after listening it a couple of times between days, dude! that thing grows in you, sounds really invlolve3r to me :D
Re: involv3r tracklist
Underwhelmed by the release, played it a few times ... doesn't grab you and the drums are to high up in the mix on the first track. Some nice moments but not cohesive enough - can seem like random parts are dropped in.
Plus a lot of the tracks are now overplayed, and I haven't been listening to much sasha these days.
Much prefer the darkness of i2.
Re: involv3r tracklist
the release took a lot while to come out, seems like it was for the greater good of this album.
as from what i've heard, those few tracks that have surface, it doesn't sound like invlolve3r will be a let down. more like a forward thinking approach of today's sound from the man, and of course the invlolver feeling is still there. Lets hope that freakin San Diego set will pop on his soundcloud some day ...:p
i also hope for another Solo album with Charlie may. i remember a time when i was in ibiza, i've asked him if we ever going to have airdrawndagger 2, and he said, fuck no!! heh, that album destroyed me, no way ! and i said a huge NO NO to him, this album is a masterpiece!! and trust me, there's many people who consider it a classic !.

wow that stinks, ADD was a masterpiece, its a shame he thinks that way. i would die to hear him follow that up. add is of the best true artist albums ever,
Re: involv3r tracklist
Airdrawndagger is too perfect to make the second part.

so true !. but another solo album with Charlie would be magic !!

i know it does, you can't even imagine how it did when i heard it from him, cause this album is like a part of me. airdrawndagger was way ahead of its time, and its hard for an electronic music album to have the classic title, and ADD owns it in a very exceptional way.
i've asked him about ADD during this interview, burn studios - Sasha On Remixing - YouTube when Paul said if there's any questions we want to ask the man itself, i was asking most of the stuff, but they cut them out :p Asked the video editing guy if he could give me the whole interview. He didn't , i should have been more persistent.
We probably gonna have an hour from the launch party set @ MOS.

those expectations are a bit lofty are they? cant see how those small snippets really tell you anything other than there's a guarantee theres no dubstep or country music in the album.
im sure it will be more like inv2, loved it excpet for 1 or two tracks. DEEEESTRRROOOYYYYYYY
Re: involv3r tracklist
I Hope he don't ruin it with all those vocals.
Re: involv3r tracklist
For me is a winner.. cant wait
Re: involv3r tracklist

i saw ur previous but as with ALL involvers i think this one will be one that grows on you, remember sasha started of dj'n with vocally stuff anyway.... i remember there was a time long before northern exposure when we used to take the piss out of sasha every time we heard him
Re: involv3r tracklist
To hear him play an album that is essentially uptempo from start to finish is quite refreshing! It makes you want to dance from start to finish! Surely thats better than sitting scratching your chin over a hi-hat!
Re: involv3r tracklist
Himself on facebook said Vocals, vocals, vocals. What do you expect ?

If this has lots of vocals and is all uptempo i'll be very happy, and also be uncouth. But I dont giveafuq. Looking foward to my preorder for this and the new Depeche Mode album to arrive from Amazon in the next couple of weeks.

Sweet. Looking forward to it. Also I bet it is hard for most artists to beat their first few "inspired" albums for sure. Sounds like I will enjoy this one, thanks for the head up...should be enjoyable.
