My first night at Fabric - Tyrant, April 9th

Went to Fabric on Saturday for Tyrant mainly to see Lee Burridge. I had such a wicked night. The sound system is incredible there. The place is like a maze. A real cosmopolitian venue, loads of different faces.

I managed to dance all through Burridge's set, which was amazing. Pure Science were good too - never knew tech house could be that tough. Craig Richards finished up. He ended up quite proggy, it kept me going until 7:30, right up until I had to go.

Will definately be going again.

My first Fabric experience was Tyrant as well.

Tyrant's 4th anniversary in 2001.

Tyrant is the right proper way to bust your Fabric cherry imo.

i've only been to fabric once, and it was on a true playaz night. i like drum and bass, but its not my first choice, but nevertheless i had a great time. i cant wait to make it out there again for a techno/tyrant/whatever night, but the true playaz nights are great too.

i figure its the only way to pop one's fabric cherry. i can still remember the rumble when i saw these two at stereo a couple years back. total shock and awe. i pray that one day i will experience it again, at fabric.

Thanks for rubbing it in Kiteless. I will be in London, but only for a Tues, Wed, and Thur night before hopping the train for Paris on Friday morning. I tried talking my girl into hanging out in London for an extra day and she wasn't having any of it since our hotels are already booked for the 2 weeks. Glad you had a good time though.

Maybe I'll go up for Sasha in May, but I'm going to Ibiza early in June for the opening parties and I also wanna go to Homelands. I think it'll be a very expensive summer. Well worth it though!

Fuck Homelands, it will rain, be bloody cold and you'll end up spending a fortune.

Sasha is far more agreeable, warm, no mud and no Chavs.
