Coxy cancels gigs....Statement... 22/06/2004

Unfortunately Carl Cox was recently taken ill and the Doctor has told him he cannot fly and to rest. This means that 3 weeks of gigs have now been cancelled to give him time to recover, in order for him to be fighting fit for the summer.

Carl would like to express his sadness at this situation and he hopes to make up the cancelled shows in the near future."

wow does that ever suck. i'm supposed to be at his show at the guv in toronto on the 30th. we planned this for like two months wow.

oh well, 3rd booking is the charm. actually works out better for me because i couldnt go on the 2nd to see him anyways :)

I heard him a month ago. He was quite good, but really nothing special. Was kind of disappointed. Some of the local DJs outranked him...

Although they are really good local DJs (Umek, Valentino Kanzyani)... :lol:

Yeah I remember that. I saw him a few years later and didn't even recognize him. Dropped a ton of weight.
