This is a really good (chill) mix that played on Frisky, I don't recollect what the heck I was doing on the web when I ran into this group but I googled them and the first link was their MixCloud set. Good stuff.

Re: Credit where credit's due...

Excellent recommendation! Been listening to more ambient mixes in my old age. Astrangelyisolatedplace is another one that I really enjoy.

Found a Facebook page for WAVES: https://www.facebook.com/pages/WAVES/131394280217241 but no downloads.

THIS. I don't know why I find myself strangely drawn to the increasingly relaxing sounds rather than anything fist-pumping.

Unfortunately as much as I'd like to think otherwise, that is too true. Even if I'm young at heart, the body is simply beginning to break down from wear and tear. I had a shoulder impingement problem a few years back from dancing to Garnier at NYE:shock::roll:

These days I'm a health freak and gym regularly, feeling pretty fit for my age 8)

As am I, but I don't recover as quickly from workouts and it takes more effort to get the same results as I did in my 20's.

/tangent

Great mix!

Re: Credit where credit's due...

haha, tmi dude. :D

i have some sennheiser earbuds that sounds really good... not sure what specific model, but i'll look when i get home if you're interested. they were under $100. the only thing i DON'T like about them is they literally cut off all outside noise, they fit in your ear so snug.

Grey hair on a man is sexy though....salt & pepper hair shows your distinguished. Us women need to spend $$$ covering it up or else we are described as hag-like, and past our prime....we basically no longer count if we have grey hair lol :P

There has to be a correlation (negative relationship) with Age and BPM.
