Ok, should be all set now

Re: Server Move coming up

I am almost shit myself, thought the site was down for good. I might be interested in a dedicated server, if there are enough people.

I have a cheaper option at $110 / Month. I can install a Rapidshare type software on it and set it up as a Set Sharing platform for MS users. Perhaps revive MercuryUpload.com again.

Re: Server Move coming up

I've bought the archives back into place, please let me know if all is ok (I haven't tested it yet)

It sounds great, tell us if you need $ support.

Re: Server Move coming up

If MercuryUpload.com isn't up people's alley, we can setup a "sharing" ftp and a mere 10 people pooling in $10/Month will help setup a massive sharing FTP that can be used to share about 900 GB of sets. Don't know how many would be interested in it. I'll be happy to take on 50% of the charges if people are interested. Of course as more people become interested in it and sign up to share the sets, the easier it will become.

Yea if we get $10 of us in, it's a long term "WIN" for the archives. We'll probably even be able to restore a whole bunch of the missing archives that was deleted. Anyone else down?

Yep, MCast was a part of the move since it's a subdomain for MercuryServer.

Count me in. I was gonna donate anyway.

BTW is there some other option besides Paypal?

Unfortunately not, I know if you're not a paypal account holder, you have the option to a use a credit card and a make a payment to paypal.
I'm in Kamal. Just let me know the plan.
Cheers, once we round up a few more, I'll setup a paypal subscription link, purchase a server and start building the archives / set sharing platform. Those of you on the subscription will get full FTP access to upload / download sets.

Re: Server Move coming up

Count me in as well K. I don't get to check the forums as often as I'd like, but if this thread is a sticky I shouldn't miss it. Or a PM please when the plan is in action.
