i just wanted to thank everyone who came out and supported our third year in miami!! the proton party was a HUGE success. we reached capacity early and was doing the one in/one out for the majority of the night.

the vibe was unmatched to any party i attended this wmc. i may seem biased but i had tons of people telling me the same things.

all the dj's were spectacular..the flow was awesome throughout the entire night,

the set of the night and the set of all conference was by neil quigley. he was on fire!!

once again, thanks to everyone who supported proton during wmc. thank you for spending your thursday night with us!!

we raised a good amount of money for charity as well!! <3

ps: the new proton shirts made their debut in miami. they will be on sale very soon. also..our first compliatlon "the sound" compiled and mixed by lance cashion is on sale on I-TUNES!! :)

Re: thanks from proton radio

I was there. Great time chatting with Blake Potter, Corey Spengler, Noel Sanger, etc. The stars were out in full force that night! Very friendly crowd, very good music, very nice sound. Thanks to Patty and the Proton team for a wonderful night.

Re: thanks from proton radio

I was there early, met a few cool people, and had a good time... didn't make it back later, but I heard the people became clique-y and rude toward the end of the night :?

you heard wrong. no one was rude or cliquey. cafeteria was rammed from start to finish. everyone was happy and bouncing around, fists pumping and smiling all the time. at about 5:30, i know the club owner was ready to go home but we played until a little after 6. neil's set was awesome.

Re: thanks from proton radio

was just a rumor  It was definitely cool while I was there early on during the night.. Wish I would've shown up again later to check out the music & crowd

Re: thanks from proton radio

it's a pretty stupid rumor to start. why someone would say that, i have no idea shrug

was a good party from start to finish!

wish you could have come back as well. proton on a phazon. the sound was so clean!

ryan started the night out so perfectly. his tunes really calmed my nerves and just put the place into a completely blissful mood...ryan's a GREAT dj.

tom budden comes on after the perfect warm up from ryan and plays at just the right pace. he picks up the pace midway thru and gives tyler stadius the perfect set up.

what can i say about tyler? he's one of my most favorite dj's on the planet. at this point, the place was RAMMED with people and people were dancing like madd to tyler. tyler is so smooth.

next up are mazi and jay tripwire. booming basslines and a tiny bit of acid had the crowd pumping their fists and jumping up and down, they were awesome going b2b,

steve gerrard followed perfectly. we were beyond capacity at this point but there was still room for people to dance to steve. steve is such a brilliant dj. it was an honor to have him.

after steve it was greg benz..greg has amazing hair! :) he had the prog masses jumping up and down during the entire duration of his set. it was an awesome site.

closing out the night was neil quigley. neil stole the show. neil's set was outstanding. at about 4am we had some people leave but at about 4:15 cafeteria got rammed again. neil was amazing to watch...he was really in tune with the crowd and had all of us in a frenzy. i was really happy for neil. people are catching the neil quigley fever. neil played about 4 encore records..the last one being a remix of "music is the answer". perfect way to end the night.

all in all..it was a great event. it was nice to be surrounded by so many friends from all over the world...all being proton fans and supporters.

thanks to everyone who came out!! 8)

Re: thanks from proton radio

i personally love the nice cherry tint benzy's sporting. it only takes one hour in the south beach sun to torch us canucks. sorry i missed the gig but the rest was much deserved. props to all at proton, i heard rave reviews all around about the entire event.
