If a client is underrunning, it has nothing, 0, to do with your server or the pipe you are on mate.

at this stage I suspect the ISP because they did tweak the paths a bit and speed did make a difference, HOWEVER, its still breaking the connection for a few members in Europe who are complaining about the damn downloads breaking half way and serious skips on the streamer even though there's no reports of skipping in the player itself

and what is your transfer rate when you download from the "Downloads" page ?

Just downloaded the Deep Dish. . . highest i got (momentarily was 113kb/s) lowest was 89.4 kb/s (after the initial start). Average was in the region of 92.5kb/s. Total download time was 6 and a half mins.

On a 2Mb line just outside London, started at 400k, dropped to 200, took 35secs to dl.
