Hi kids!

I believe that he tore Avalon up. He was evil at times melodic as usual in others. You had a strange mix of muscle heads, 50 yr. old asians knocked the fuck out on drugs, etc, etc. I have a 2 and half minute video of some sick twisted house, BUT I can't seem to upload it to share it with you guys. :evil: :evil: :evil: I could have sworn that Bruce Willis was standing behind him. Yeah, all I gotta say is that JZ ripped it up very well. He lived up to what I expected him to lay down... It was my first time seein' him and I can honestly give a fnck about Sasha. The sh!t he layed down was definitely heavy though (Zabiela).... I only wished i could have stayed the whole time, I had to leave at 5... Hopefully it will be recorded, I saw a mic up by the mixers and the powerbook... so hopefully! How long did they end up spinning for do you know hypo?

I only lasted till 4:30... I only drink these days... I believe it was open till at leat 6. Top night all the way around though. I loved what Sasha was palying right before J.Z. came on.

suprised to see all the cracked out asians at the avalon when armin van buuren was at circus.

was impressed by sasha. much better than the last few times i've seen him. zabiela was simply nuts.

JZ finished it off after tag-teaming with Sasha for about an hour. Breakfast of champions got the crowd nuts. He was even better this time then he was at Circus last year.

It's a shame that he didn't go on until 2am... a lot of my friends who didn't know better bailed before he came... the one friend that stuck around thought he was that guy from Hansen and wanted to take him home (that is, until he busted out the JZ CD scratching skillz... then she wanted to jump his bones right there). ha!

so the whole thing ended at 6. haven't left a place and have it be daylight in quite some time. surreal to say the least!

well, Sasha rocked it as he has been doing these days (although not quite as good as last time at Aavalon in January IMHO)

JZ is great. 1st time seeing him live. The kid just has so much fun up there. I would like to see him scratch even more...maybe loop some of his scratches back thru...but what the hell do I know...props to James. I am not a huge fan of some of his music, but love to listen to him mix...

On the bad side, WHY THE HELL IS AVALON such a SAUSAGE FEST ....c'mon guys, bring a frigging date with you or something....or are you all gay? it's like 10 guys to every girl on the dance floor....

...and too many asians with their "I only associate with other asians" attitude...not that I want to hang with you...but your attitude is annoying....and aside from the asian, so much macho attitude...not like back in the day when the vibe was great....maybe its the lack of everyone being on e....who knows....but fuck, can't we get at least 50% women in da club to make the vibe a little nicer and sweeter.....

again, props to James and Sasha...

Sasha was ok. Have seen him more twisted.

I was really impressed with Zabiela, he took the thunder from Sasha and never gave it back. Recognized a couple of songs of his Kiss 100 sets, and let me tell you that it sounds much better in a good Sound System.

He finished his set with the kind of reggae song he likes, the one he mix in the boat party.

I saw him in Miami two years ago and at the momnet I felt that he was over using his scatching and looping, but this time you not even notice it. Everything was part of the music, the only way you notice was when I saw him.

And what a character, I met with the guy outside while smoking and always with a smile in his face. He has excellent communication with Sasha and both them had fun all night.

Have pictures and Videos coming later. My camera got fucked up when in the Afterparty showing the pictures I dropped it from the Fifht floor. Thank god I have insurance. Later.

James - dumb question, but was that really Bruce Willis standing behind you? That would be too funny. When I lived in LA I never once saw a celebrity and I made almost every Sasha and/or Digweed show.

Please come to Boston soon! And nice work on your Ableton mix - you just keep pushing the envelope. :D
