Sriracha!!!!!

(Dijon mustard is so versatile tho- vinaigrettes, BBQ, marinades, solo, glazes, etc)

Sriracha is too sweet for my tastes, I use it though and like the amount of spice in it.

yes! I've tried that, it's amazing.

You can actually buy cans of albacore (bumble bee), add Sriracha and mayo (and I add lemon, pepper and some egg white) and cook it on the skillet till it's browned.... throw that on a tortilla shell with whatever (I like spinach and cheese) and it's awesome. Not like you would think either, taste really good. My wife who is picky even digs it. A great way to switch things up from eating regular tuna from a can.

Mexican habanero chilly souce "El Yucateco" (spicy as hell) and mayo.. Heinz ketchup is common in US but here in Argentina is not lol.. like it very much too

Could be, barbecue, ketchup or "Chimichurri" I don't know the exactly translation of that. :D

I keep it simple.
