haha, cobb county in Atlanta does that... i remember looking through the first time and seeing someone that used to "provide me something".... laughed my ass off, of course he wasn't telling me his real name!

I was being sarcastic, he has obviously been nicked for possession with intent, but the amounts sound more like the sort of amount yoy would take out for a decent weekend of partying at that age.
When the next guy has over 150 kilos, 20 grammes sounds a little lightweight. haha

There is nothing crazy about these degrading mug shots. What is crazy is that someone would want to go to the trouble to find them and to make a thread about them on a music forum .
