It was a simple suggestion of a realization that it is fine with me that he likes that set. For some reason it did not fit my taste. No harm done really. it is good to be different. I am sure there are many things I like that he does not. Normal behavior, nothing new here.

Honestly, respect should be given when it is earned. I'm sorry if I disheartened you with my comments about Tiesto/corsten. You can value what you listen to, and I am pretty sure we have similar tastes, otherwise why else would you be on this forum? As an artist you must accept that not all people will like or want your art, music, etc. That is a part of life. I am sure Lisle can care less. He is a good man and a very talented human. There is no questioning that. But you can not blame someone for not going if he comes to their home town. It is their choice.

they are way too deep and would distract me from what im doing

he is one of the most innovative djs out there...his phasing adjustments add such a unique progression to the music, at least for progressive house/breaks djs...he really has added a new component to this genre pretty much all by himself and i guarantee he will be remembered for that

you can listen to his discs and actually have a more difficult time predicting breakdowns and buildups, which is something that this market has desperately needed

ive seem him play out a few times, he is great...he puts all his heart into what hes doing and he really likes to connect with his fans on a personal level, which is very different than most

i have nothing but respect for the guy and he is definently one of my favorite djs

but thats cool that you stated your opinion...i just thought it was kind of lame that you say he isnt good to work out too...im not sure that was what he had in mind when he was programming it...doesn't seem like the work out type to me, but who knows...

maybe if you ask him he'll put one together for you with his own spin on things...that would be pretty sweet
