Integrating Traktor & Serato into one setup

Just found out I'll be without CDJ2000s for tonight at my monthly residency. That means I'll have to resort to Traktor as I refuse to spend hours burning discs.

That being said I'll be playing alongside a Serato user. Has anyone had to combine Traktor and Serato into one setup? We'll be using 2 x CDJ1000 MKIII and a Pioneer DJM400. Any input is greatly appreciated.

We ended up hot swapping our respective setups...not ideal but thankfully it went off without a hitch. In the future I am pressing my partner to man up and allow me to bring my Rane MP2016 so that we have 6 channels to work with as opposed to 2.
