Wow! What did you do? My cat wasn't pixelised before it became an avatar on ms. Why did that happen?

Well ... your original image was larger that 100px in with. This is why the board resized it. When you just change a images size it will look pixelated ... specially gifs. All I did was to resize it to 100px in with with a image editor software. When you do this all points are recalculated and color is reasaigned ... so it looks good.
