was thinking there are many threads about whats ur favorite album/set...etc but never come to a conclusion of the most most favorite here

maybe we should start an official bracket with polls to really show the top ones as per MS

the bracket will consist of an area for sets, and the other for albums...from 1999-2011, and we can set a certain time period for accumulating users votes (like 2 weeks for the QFinals, 1 week for SF and maybe 3days for the Final)..

not sure if it better be only albums/comps or to also include sets, or maybe even a bracket for each individually...one for the albums and one for the sets.

any ideas?

this bracket has 16 in each division so we can also make it less, maybe 8 for each..suggestions?, and each division to be a genre, (i.e. deep house albums, tech house, prog, techno) im thinking howells should have a division for himself lol

We don't need some vote or top-10 poll, we're MS. This board actually has pretty varied tastes besides Digweed and [url="http://www.mercuryserver.com/forums/djdb.php?id=5"]Sasha[/url]. I think a top 3 sets of the month that Floridaorange has going is good enough :)

lmao :lol:... it was a good idea though! i'd still say do it anyways. maybe do it with only released albums and restrict it to no more than a certain amount per artist? or maybe do one bracket for GU, one for Balance, Fabric, etc etc... and then have the winners of those compete in an overall bracket.

Maybe this idea would work if it was to exclude the biggest djs here. If you already have a subforum it's a given that you have a big fanbase so you don't count..

So no-one feels left out the [url="http://www.mercuryserver.com/forums/djdb.php?id=5"]Sasha[/url] section could have a "favourite mislabelled set competition" or a "favourite incorrect tracklist of the month" maybe. "Favourite shirt you ever wore while in a club [url="http://www.mercuryserver.com/forums/djdb.php?id=5"]Sasha[/url] never turned up to play in competition"??
