In putting together the two disc mix, Troxler says he imagined himself as "a scientist working in some secret base off the cost of Myanmar... when night talk with spider monkeys has just gone too far, what do you do, what's there left to do?" Whatever that means, the tracklist reflects a colorful blend of functional club tunes ([URL="http://www.mercuryserver.com/forums/djdb.php?id=1593"]Daze Maxim[/URL]'s "Tomorrow Universe," [URL="http://www.mercuryserver.com/forums/djdb.php?id=1011"]Exercise One[/URL]'s "Prowl") and more sensitive sleections (Soul Capsule's "Lady Science," [URL="http://www.mercuryserver.com/forums/djdb.php?id=346"]Lawrence[/URL]'s remix of Dntel's "Dreams"), with an extra dose of [URL="http://www.mercuryserver.com/forums/djdb.php?id=221"]Dinky[/URL]. As with past editions in the series by [URL="http://www.mercuryserver.com/forums/djdb.php?id=681"]Loco Dice[/URL] and [URL="http://www.mercuryserver.com/forums/djdb.php?id=91"]Steve Bug[/URL], [I]The Lab 03will also be available as a two disc unmixed compilation and in a series of vinyl samplers.

i found it quite boring tbh. i normally like his stuff but this didnt win me over.
