Choose Life adverts -positive or subversive- don't work for me, self-esteem is far too low, I can't keep a log, that would be spending minutes with myself, which I loathe. Buddhism attracts me, but I don't feel good enough for it.

stand tough man, i agree that when ur down its sometimes hard to easily get back on track, i always wanted personally to go on a spiritual trip for a while and disconnect from all the negativity but all of a sudden u get caught up on life, and i guess thats the thing that makes it suck sometimes, is that we get too caught up and that really shouldnt be it, what keeps me going is knowing that i have to keep on moving and take things as they come, i find good friendships to be of much assistance during hard times..

go out for a walk or jog around some nice nature and face ur thoughts, it helps

CDs are infinitely better than digital.

Digital from master, better. Digital from cd is 1:1 copy (pretending not to bother too much about offsets).
