Today I listened again to his essential mixes from 1996 and 2007. Both are really are spectacular pieces of work. He may not be the best DJ technically but he really does have a good taste in drum and bass. I have really high hopes for this months fabric live release...

When I think of the D&B tunes on this mix, I think of them as spiritual euphoria, like I've been lifted out of something. This music—this wildstyle music—is not for the faint-hearted."
