I cant say I could see the problem with bumping the thread. If starting a new thread on the same subject is better maybe we should unmerge threads or start a new thread when we post a new link to a set already posted.

The biggest shame for me is that i was looking back through that thread yesterday and enjoyed reading what was going on when it was first posted, always nice to read some of Jib's old posts too.
Now it's fucked up and gone for good.

having said that, illustrious felt strongly that a new thread should be opened and i kinda felt like he tried speaking for everyone on ms... well, not everyone agrees with that. i'm not trying to call ya out bro, but i enjoy rehashing old threads. it brings back memories.
the attitude/behavior of people on the internet is not going to change. people get offended way too easily and on the flip side it is easier to defend yourself on the internet than in person. in a forum that i visit, i just wish some people would rationally think about what they're doing to make it more pleasant for others.
