MP3 tagging
I use MusicBrainz Tagger because it can detect a lot of ID3 tags by the checksum of the file. Of course, sometimes it's mistakes Blue Oyster Cult for Johnny Mathis, but it's right most of the time.
cheers mate, will check it out now :) anyone got anymore???
I've used MP3 Tag Tools v. 1.2. It was the easiest of the ones I tried.
my favorite is mp3 tag studio at:

winamp
I use right click on the MP3 and edit properties on my own like in Roman Times.
Re: MP3 tagging
same for me :)
winamp does it everytime I want it.
I have used Helium Music Manager for years now. For me it is hands down the best program for managing everything about my computer music collection. It tags files, renames files, creates reports, grabs artwork and artist info and just about everything else you can think of. I actually paid for it back in the day instead of looking for a crack or serial. It has been totally worth the cost because it makes my PC music life much easier. Give it a look if you're interested:
