Re: Justin Timberlake Buys Myspace for 35 million

After all these years Myspace still looks poorly coded with such a terrible layout etc. Worst site ever.

Re: Justin Timberlake Buys Myspace for 35 million

it's heavily used by musicians and such, so i can kinda see how there's a chance to reinvent it.

Re: Justin Timberlake Buys Myspace for 35 million

It seems like some people still use it to keep track of their favorite musicians, as already mentioned... why? I haven't the foggiest

Re: Justin Timberlake Buys Myspace for 35 million

^^ Because it's much more user friendly than facebook and you don't have to sign up to get info. It really is a far better site for artists to get their music out. Facebook is full of spam and it is harder to find artists.

Facebook is far more a social network of course. :)

Besides Didi though, does anyone else on Mercury use it?

Re: Justin Timberlake Buys Myspace for 35 million

i stopped using it a long time ago, although i agree with didi that as far as getting artist information and listening to their music, it is 100 fold better than facebook.

justin timberlake isn't an idiot either, so i'm sure he sees something on there that is potentially worth buying. we'll have to wait and see ehat he has in store.... i'm not about to create a profile though!

Re: Justin Timberlake Buys Myspace for 35 million

When I went back to delete my account the layout was properly messed up. All that work I'd put in arranging the tables within tables within tables gone to waste

Re: Justin Timberlake Buys Myspace for 35 million

What a waste of $35 million.

There is no bringing Sexyback for Myspace.
