ok i usually don't ask much on this forum but this is a special case... a friend of mine who i have known since my age was in single numbers ( yea i know a very very very long time ago :lol: "bastards" ) is doing a charity thing for cancer research UK where he will be doing a marathon thing in glasgow... its ok to say no etc but if any of u guys could donate anything ( and i really mean anything however small "but not as small as huggies penor" ) i think it would go down a treat

p.s. its cool to say no as its just an idea

Can't comment on North America, but Cancer Research UK is easily one of the best organised charities in the UK. Having worked in a department with a number of researchers funded by them I know that at least some of the funding is going to excellent researchers who are producing very worthwhile results.
